STRENGTH TRAINING
You are an Athlete – Train like one! This 60-minute session provides a full-body strength-focused workout. Programming includes variations of increased time under tension, tempo, isometric holds, high-rep schemes, max-out power, 25-rep finishers, among others. You never know what we’re going to throw at you with our scientifically-designed Strength programs, but we can promise that your entire body (and mind) will be challenged, and you will leave feeling like a strong, unstoppable badass.
